The Lott family is heading to the Queen City — and this is going to be one for the books! Charlotte, North Carolina, one of the South's most vibrant and soulful cities, rich in Black history and culture, will be our home for the 44th Annual Lott Family Reunion, July 9–12, 2026. Four days of family, fellowship, food, and the kind of joy that only happens when we are all together.

Whether you're flying in from across the country or making the drive for a long weekend, Charlotte has everything we need to make this reunion truly extraordinary. Beautiful parks, incredible venues, and that warm Southern spirit that feels just like home. Bring the whole family — from the elders to the little ones — because there is a place here for every one of you.

The Dates Are Set — The Lott Family Is Heading to Charlotte!

It is officially confirmed, and we could not be more excited! The 44th Annual Lott Family Reunion will be held July 9–12, 2026 in Charlotte, North Carolina — a city with deep roots, rich culture, and everything we need for four incredible days together. The time has come to lock in those dates, book your travel, and let every member of the family know. This is the reunion we have all been waiting for, and you do not want to miss it!

Registration Is Open — Secure Your Place Before May 31!

The time is now, family — registration for the 2026 Lott Family Reunion is officially open! Adults (ages 16 and older) are $85, Youth (ages 6–15) are $60, and children 5 and under attend at no charge. Your registration covers The Meet & Greet, The Picnic, and The Grand Banquet. The deadline is May 31, 2026, and we want every member of this family there — don't wait until the last minute to secure your spot!

Our Host Hotel Is Locked In — Embassy Suites Charlotte Is Ready for Us!

The committee has secured our official host hotel, and it is absolutely beautiful! Embassy Suites By Hilton Charlotte - Ayrsley at 1917 Ayrsley Town Blvd will be home base for the entire reunion weekend. Special group rates are available — Two-Queen Suites at $174 per night and One-King Suites at $179 per night. Book by June 18, 2026 while the reserved block lasts. We want the whole Lott family under one roof — let's make it happen!

Saturday Night Is Going to Be Unforgettable — Welcome to The Grand Banquet!

This is the night. The one everyone has been looking forward to all year. We are gathering at The Orchid Banquet Hall for The Grand Banquet — a stunning evening of dinner, dancing, and celebrating this family in the most beautiful way. Dress in your finest in the colors of Royal Blue, Black & White, and come ready to honor the legacy we carry and the generations still to come. Formal Attire is required — this night will be absolutely unforgettable.

Friday Is All About Family — The Picnic at Park Road Park!

One of the most beloved traditions of our entire reunion weekend is officially confirmed! The Picnic will be held at Park Road Park Shelter #1, 6220 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28210. There is nothing quite like a Lott family afternoon outdoors — great food, great music, games, laughter, and the kind of connection that makes you remember exactly why we do this every year. Times and activities are still being finalized, so stay tuned!

Pick up your reunion packet, your T-shirt, and your name badge, and get ready to embrace family you haven't seen in years. There is nothing quite like that first night when everyone is finally together. Come ready to connect, laugh, and let the good times begin.
