Yes! The Embassy Suites Charlotte – Ayrsley offers complimentary on-site parking for hotel guests. No need to worry about parking fees during your stay. Additional details on parking at specific event venues will be shared closer to the event.

Parking details for each individual event venue will be included in the full event schedule, which the committee will share in the coming months. In general, Charlotte venues in the Ayrsley area offer ample parking. We'll make sure you have everything you need ahead of time.

Yes — the Saturday evening banquet will have a dress code. This year's theme is "We are all pieces of the same Puzzle," and we encourage attendees to bring the colors and creativity that reflect that spirit! Specific attire guidance for the banquet will be shared by the committee in the coming months. For all other events, comfortable, casual family-friendly attire is perfectly fine. Absolutely — this reunion is for the whole family, from the elders to the little ones! There will be activities and programming designed specifically for kids and teens throughout the weekend. When you register, please include the names and ages of all children in your party so the committee can plan accordingly.

Reunion T-shirts are available for the whole family! Adult sizes (S–XL) are $15, and extended sizes (XXL & XXXL) are $18. Youth sizes (XS–XL) are $10. And great news for parents — Baby & Toddler sizes (12 Month through 5T) are completely FREE! T-shirt ordering details will be shared soon, so stay tuned.
